Our shipping is calculated on size, weight and destination of delivery. Rates are charged based on the lowest rate available.
Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping with in Canada.
All in stock are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) You will receive an email with tracking information once the product has shipped.
All deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5 - 7 business days within Canada, or 10 to 14 business days in the United States of America.
Third parties make deliveries and delays due to high volume or other postal delays are outside of our control.
Local deliveries are delivered next business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Clean Sensations Inc., we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy ensures that you know exactly what to do in case you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product.
Please contact us prior to returning your item, we will provide the necessary information required to ensure the return is accepted and appropriately refunded or exchanged.
All returns must be within 14 days with receipt and unopened. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item back complete and undamaged. A restocking fee of 10% may be appliable.
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, we require a clear picture of the box, the damaged or incorrect items and a copy of the shipping label within 48 hours.
Clean Sensation's Inc. is not responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges for returned items unless the product received was incorrect or faulty. You may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Clearance sales items or special order items are final sale. They cannot be returned or cancelled unless defective from the manufacturer and the return was approved by the manufacturer.
Management will approve all replacement or refunds.
